What is HonHaipr Device?

Many AT&T users have noticed that their data packages are draining faster than normal. This is due to their data-hungry devices that can be a source of hefty surcharges. It is a good practice to keep a check on the devices that are connected to your router and identify them.

If you see HonHaipr device on your network list, then it means that you have a device from Foxconn. Many of the notebooks that they manufacture contain this manufacturer ID. This is similar to Apple’s iPhones and MacBooks that have the same manufacturer ID.

Another reason for seeing this device name on your network is that it might be a Linux laptop that is sharing files with the Windows computer that you have hooked up to your router.
