RAVPower 252.7Wh Power House Review

When it comes to portable power stations, a lot of them can be a bit bulky and heavy. That's a problem when you're trying to carry the thing around all day, but this RAVPower power station does well at staying in a slim and light form factor that's easy to hold for long periods of time. It also comes with a bag that's built for the purpose of making it easier to carry while still keeping the power station protected.

On one side of the power station, there's a single USB-C PD port that can charge any laptop that supports it. That includes a MacBook, and a Samsung Galaxy Tab S4.

There are three other USB-A ports that can each max out at 12W, but the top-most one is capable of supporting Quick Charge 3.0. That means you can fast-charge any compatible Android smartphone that you have on hand. The rest of the ports are limited to standard 5V/2.4A charging speeds.

The back of the power station has two AC outlets that can each handle up to 300W of wattage. The only downside is that they're only 2-prong outlets, so they won't work with appliances that require 3-prong plugs.

Recharging happens through the DC input on the back, which can be used to recharge it via a car charger, solar panel, or any other PD-compatible charger. RAVPower says you can expect to charge from empty to full in about four hours, which is faster than most other portable power stations we've reviewed.
