How to Print a Google Ebook

Google Books is an online library that features millions of scanned book pages that can be searched, browsed and printed for free (except your paper and ink/toner costs). Many books, both those in the public domain and those still under copyright protection, can be downloaded and printed from this massive digital collection. This article will show you how to print a google ebook, and also how to convert the Google Play Book PDF files into other formats, such as ePub, Mobi, TXT and Azw3.

Download Google eBooks to Adobe Digital Editions

To download an ebook from Google Books into your computer, first you need to install the free program called Adobe Digital Editions. This will allow you to view and read the eBooks you download through Google Books on your computer, or on other devices such as a tablet or smart phone.

After you have the program installed, you can start searching for ebooks at the Google Books site in your web browser. Once you find the one that you want to download, click on the title and you will be taken to the book’s information page. On the top right corner is a three ellipsis icon with the text “READ EBOOK”. Hover over this and you will see the options to download the eBook in a variety of formats including PDF, Kindle and ePub.

Select ePub from the drop down menu to download the eBook in the ePub format. When the conversion is finished, you will have a new DRM-free PDF file in your Windows folder. To print the file, open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and click on the printer icon at the top of the window.
