CHERRY DW 9000 Slim – Desktop Set - Keyboard & Mouse
A wireless keyboard and mouse are essential computer accessories, without them you can't control your screen. The new cherry dw 9000 slim set combines innovative functions and trendy design in a very stylish package. The set can be connected via a 2.4 GHz USB radio receiver or via Bluetooth. A switch on the keyboard lets you toggle between the two connection methods. Both the keyboard and the mouse are equipped with rechargeable batteries for extended operation times.
Both devices are made from a pleasant white plastic and feel sturdy in the hand. They have very little flex, even when typing extensively. The keyboard has a slight rise to it, but there is also an included magnetic riser that elevates the angle even further for more comfortable typing.
The keys use scissor mechanism switches and are laser engraved which makes it easier to identify the different symbols. The scissor mechanism offers a good amount of travel and is quieter than the membrane keyboard built into my laptop. The keys are very well designed and the font looks premium.
The dw 9000 slim has integrated status LEDs for Windows lock, scroll and num-lock. They flash in case of low battery. The dw 9000 slim also includes 6 shortcut keys for quick access to functions like windows lock, web pages and sound controls. The keyboard also has a very nice wrist rest.
