Avoid Those Annoying Wake Up Songs

annoying wake up songs

No matter your morning routine, the song you wake up to can have a tremendous effect on how your day unfolds. While annoying or jarring tunes might make you jumpy at first glance, avoid anything too annoying or repetitive because that could leave an earworm running through your mind all day long! Spotify provides a useful feature called Alarm Clock which lets you set alarm sounds other than Radar or Presto (iPhone noises that sound similar to car horns when an alarm goes off).

Set your alarm to one of these catchy tunes to help energize and motivate yourself for the day ahead. A study from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology surveyed 50 people and discovered those who woke up to melodic alarms experienced less daytime grogginess than those who chose alarms with nonmelodic sounds.

The lyrics conveying this empowering song express that anyone can achieve their goals as long as they work hard towards reaching them - without giving up!
